Barre is a fast-paced, 55-minute full body workout which blends dance conditioning moves performed at the ballet barre with Pilates, Yoga and sculpting exercises utilising light weights.
This total body workout strengthens, lengthens, and stretches your body from top to toe. The end result is a long, lean dancer's physique… without added bulk.
Our studio introduced Xtend Barre to Perth in 2011 and Studio Director Elizabeth Wilson was Perth's first Xtend Barre teacher trainer. Today, we regularly run Barre instructor continuing education courses within Australia and overseas. Our teachers are all highly experienced & fully qualified in Pilates as well as Barre.

A number of times each year, we offer special 75 minute long barrecamp classes to kick your workout into high gear. We hold nothing back to whip your body into shape and help your mind overcome its imagined limits.
