Boxilates is a dynamic fusion of mat Pilates & fitness boxing. It's an interval style workout that marries the functional benefits of Pilates with the high intensity cardio work of boxing. (Yes, you use actual gloves & pads! It's the real deal.)
If you're new to Boxilates, start by attending one introductory class. These run every Sunday at 10:15am.
Once you've learnt the ropes, you can attend any of our ongoing open level classes. View our group class timetable for current lesson times.
For hygiene reasons you'll need to bring cotton glove liners with you to each class. These can be purchased from the studio for $4 a pair. Everything else (including mats) is provided.
