Boxilates is a dynamic fusion of mat Pilates & fitness boxing. It's an interval style workout that marries the functional benefits of Pilates with the high intensity cardio work of boxing. (Yes, you use actual gloves & pads! It's the real deal.)
If you're new to Boxilates, start by attending one introductory class. These run every Sunday at 10:15am.
Once you've learnt the ropes, you can attend any of our ongoing open level classes. These run every week at 6am & 10:30am on Tuesday, 6am & 10am on Thursday & 10:30am on Sunday.
For hygiene reasons you'll need to bring cotton glove liners with you to each class. These can be purchased from the studio for $4 a pair. Everything else (including mats) is provided.
