What is Pilates?

Pilates is a unique exercise system designed to stretch and strengthen the entire body while calming and quieting the mind.

Developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s, the Method uses specially designed equipment as well as traditional mat work to restore and strengthen musculoskeletal balance.
