4 Week Course Commencing Saturday 12th August, 4-5pm

Learn mindfulness with our introductory mindfulness & meditation course. This course is designed for absolute beginners yet is in-depth enough to provide useful insights for experienced practitioners. It's led by certified meditation instructor & studio director Elizabeth Wilson.
Our approach is practically based and non-religious. You'll gain skills you can apply immediately.

Have you always wanted to be able to do the splits? It's biomechanically possible for everyone (no matter how stiff ) so there's no reason why you can't!

Join Studio Director Elizabeth Wilson for this 2 hour workshop to learn everything you need to know to reach the front and side splits. We'll be using the latest kinesiological stretching techniques to maximise your progress and results. You'll leave the workshop with a clear road map to achieve your goal...and have fun too!

1-5pm Sunday 25th June, 2017

Develop advanced tactile cueing skills and enhance your teaching practice in this 4 hour practically-based workshop with Senior Polestar Educator Elizabeth Wilson.

You'll be guided through a range of hands on techniques to facilitate proper movement acquisition & correction in your clients. Approaches will include the use of hands and other body parts for cueing, applying soft tissue mobilisation and PNF techniques in the Pilates environment, and integrating props to enhance tactile feedback. 

Plenty of time will be allowed for practice and to receive feedback on your application of the techniques. Methods learnt will be of benefit to both mat & studio instructors. 

This workshop has been submitted for PDPs with the Pilates Alliance of Australasia (expected PDP allocation is 4 points). Cost is $200 ($185 for PAA Members). Book online now under "Workshops".
