The incidence of mood disorders such as anxiety and depression is increasing at a rapid rate in our society. All practising Pilates instructors will have clients diagnosed with mood disorders in their lessons (whether they know it or not).

Exercising in the Pilates environment has the potential to significantly impact the severity of mood disorders. In this research-based workshop we'll look at specific ways you can optimise group and individual Pilates programs to minimise the impact of these conditions on your client's lives.

This workshop has been submitted for PDPs with the Pilates Alliance of Australasia (expected PDP allocation is 2 points).  Cost is $100 ($92.50 for PAA Members). Book online now under "Workshops".
