Xtend Barre is a fast-paced, 55-minute full body workout that fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre.
This total body workout serves to strengthen, lengthen, and stretch the body from top to bottom, from inside out. The end result is a long and lean physique… without added bulk.
Our studio introduced Xtend Barre to Perth in 2011. Studio Director Elizabeth Wilson is the Xtend Barre teacher trainer for WA and we regularly host instructor continuing education courses with guest teachers from the USA.
