Barre Classes in Perth

Barre is an intense, flowing workout that blends dance conditioning moves performed at the ballet barre with Pilates, yoga and sculpting exercises utilizing light weights.

This total body workout strengthens, lengthens, and stretches your body from top to toe. The end result is a long, lean dancer's physique… without added bulk.

The Perth Pilates Studio offers barre classes taught by Barre 2.0 certified instructors. Barre 2.0 lessons go beyond the experience of a standard barre class. There's a higher level of training for instructors and an increased focus on precision, technique and flow. The results speak for themselves.

If you want a long, lean physique housed in a body that really knows how to move well....Barre 2.0 is for you!

All instructors at The Perth Pilates Studio are Barre 2.0 certified.

You can find out more about their qualifications (or learn how to become a teacher yourself) at www.barre2point0.com.
