If you'd like a personalised program or have specific needs to address (pain or injuries, athletic enhancement, postural work etc) we recommend you start with private & semi-private Pilates studio lessons.


Otherwise, for general fitness we recommend group classes. Note that group classes are not suitable for rehabilitation purposes.

Enjoy Your Lesson

For in-studio lessons, please arrive at the studio 5 minutes before your scheduled lesson time. For online lessons, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to log into our virtual classroom at your appointed lesson time.


Wear comfortable exercise clothes (leggings or tracksuit pants & a t-shirt are ideal) and bring a clean pair of socks with you. No shoes are needed.
