If you'd like a personalised program or have specific needs to address (pain or injuries, athletic enhancement, postural work etc) we recommend starting with our Studio Intro Offer. Otherwise, all of our offers are excellent for addressing general fitness goals.

Choose Your Lesson Type

If you'd like a personalised program or have specific needs to address (pain or injuries, athletic enhancement, postural work etc) we recommend you start with private & semi-private Pilates studio lessons. 


Otherwise, for general fitness we recommend group classes (reformer, power plate or floor). Note that group classes are not suitable for rehabilitation purposes.

Come & Enjoy Your Lesson

Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class to fill in a new client form. 


Studio reception isn't staffed at all times of day (e.g. early morning). If this is the case when you arrive, follow the sign upstairs to meet your instructor.  


Wear comfortable exercise clothes (leggings or tracksuit pants & a t-shirt are ideal) & bring a clean pair of socks. Shoes aren't required. We provide mats & everything else you'll need. Find out more in our Beginner's FAQ.
