Group mat Pilates classes are an enjoyable, affordable way to experience Pilates exercise. They'll get you fit fast and are suitable for uninjured people wanting the general health and fitness benefits that Pilates provides.

Pure Pilates Mat

Pure Pilates mat classes challenge your strength, flexibility and coordination with Pilates moves performed on the floor, using your own bodyweight for resistance. 

Choose Pilates mat classes to boost your overall strength and flexibility with a particular focus on your core. They're also a great place to start if you're new to Pilates. 


Small Apparatus (Pilates + Props)

These classes use props such as the magic circle, foam roller, pilates stick, fitball, theraband & weights to add variety, resistance and fun to your mat Pilates lessons. 

Is a small apparatus class harder than pure Pilates mat? Not necessarily (it depends on the mood of your teacher that day!). However, these classes challenge your body in many different ways & provide workout variety essential to help prevent plateaus.


SUP Pilates

SUP Pilates is a Pilates mat class performed entirely on the unstable surface of an indoor stand-up paddleboard.

You'll work harder, engage your core more and challenge your stability to a higher degree than in a regular mat class!

Looking for some cardio? Boxilates blends the functional benefits of Pilates with high-intensity cardio boxing intervals using gloves and pads. It's a hardcore, total body workout. 

For hygiene reasons, students are required to bring cotton glove liners to each class (available from the studio for $4). All other equipment is provided.

Yoga Pilates Fusion

A flowing blend of yoga vinyasa and classical Pilates moves to develop & challenge your strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.

Mobilise & Release

Mobilise & Release is the ultimate recovery class for your body and mind. 

Boost your flexibility by indulging in myofascial release techniques, stretches, and restorative yoga then achieve total relaxation in a final mindfulness meditation. 

This is the perfect class anytime you're training hard or experiencing high-stress.

If you have special needs (such as a recent injury, pregnancy or osteoporosis) group classes may not be right for you. However, you can still learn Pilates with a program designed specifically for you in our studio Pilates lessons.
