The Pilates Arc is a modern version of the Spine Corrector, a piece of apparatus developed by Joseph Pilates & used as part of the original Pilates Method.

If you have special needs (such as a recent injury, pregnancy or osteoporosis) group classes may not be right for you. However, you can still learn Pilates with a program designed specifically for you in our studio Pilates lessons.
