FASCIAL RELEASE COURSE (THE MELT METHOD)
Learn a simple system of myofascial release techniques that you can use at home or incorporate into your Pilates lessons. 10 minutes, 3 times a week is all you need to begin reducing the effects of accumulated tension & stress caused by daily living. Fascial release reduces neck & shoulder tension as well as stiffness in your back & other joints of the body. It will help you stay healthy, youthful & active for a lifetime.
