7 WEEK ONLINE BEGINNERS PILATES COURSE
Would you love to learn Pilates but time, cost or location is an issue? Take advantage of our 7 Week Online Beginner's Level Pilates Course
This course includes 7 x 40-55 minute Pilates lessons (designed to progressively guide you through the complete basic to early intermediate Pilates mat repertoire) PLUS a bonus 55 minute Introductory Pilates Lesson AND a 30 minute Full Body Workout for the days you don't have much time.
Each lesson is expertly taught by Studio Director Elizabeth Wilson. Course cost of $49 includes lifetime access.
GETTING TO THE SPLITS WORKSHOP
FASCIAL RELEASE WORKSHOP (THE MELT METHOD)
Learn a simple system of myofascial release techniques to use at home. 10 minutes, 3 times a week is all you need to begin reducing the effects of accumulated tension & stress caused by daily living.
Fascial release reduces neck & shoulder tension as well as stiffness & pain in your back & other joints of the body.
