The Pilates reformer is the most popular piece of equipment designed by Joseph Pilates. It consists of a carriage that moves back and forth along tracks, within a frame. Resistance is provided by the exerciser's body weight and by a set of springs attached beneath the carriage. The reformer is an incredibly versatile training tool which allows you to perform thousands of exercises!
At The Perth Pilates Studio, we offer open level group reformer classes to strengthen and tone your entire body. By fusing classical Pilates with modern training techniques, we'll define your core and sculpt your muscles while improving posture, flexibility and mind-body connection.
Keen to try a class? New clients get 50% off their first two weeks of training with our Introductory Equipment Offer. Receive 2 weeks of group reformer classes plus complimentary group floor & power plate lessons for just $49.

If you have special needs (such as a recent injury, pregnancy or osteoporosis) group reformer classes may not be right for you. However, you can still practice reformer Pilates with a program designed specifically for you in our studio Pilates lessons.
